How long will it take to receive my order?
On less than skid-quantity orders UPS ground is our primary carrier and shipment takes approximately 3-7 days. Larger custom orders are typically delivered via a third party freight carrier and can take 2-3 weeks. Stock skid quantity orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.2
What methods of payment does Kipling accept?
Standard 30 day credit terms are available upon credit approval. We also accept certified checks and money orders. We do not accept credit cards.3
How are shipping costs calculated?
UPS ground costs are dependant on destination address while freight costs can vary drastically depending on the weight and volume of the order. Contact us for an aproximation on costs for your specific needs.4
What is the minimum order quantity for custom orders?
Custom orders require a minimum order weight of 1000 lbs. To get an idea on how much product this equates to, please review our article on the Ins and Outs of Polyethylene Pallet Covers. Stock dumpster liners and pallet cover have very low minimum order quantity requirements.5
What is the minimum order quantity for dumpster liners?
We will ship out as few as 5 dumpster liners.6
What is the minimum order quantity for pallet covers?
We will ship out a minimum of 35-50 covers or one roll.7
Are your products green and eco-friendly for our environment?
Yes, ninety percent (90%) of our products are made from a mix of recycled resin. This reduces the amount of material that will otherwise end up in the landfill. All of our products are recyclable.8
Can Kipling make large 40 yard dumpster liners or truck/rail car liners?
Yes, as long as minimum order quantities are met. Nearly any custom size liner can be created.9
How do I know the weight of my bag, liner, pallet cover, etc?

What is the typical skid weight?
Our skids are typically around 1,500 pounds.11
