As a small end user, needing roll quantities of pallet covers, we can ship you two very specific sizes. For a 4' x 4' x 4' tall skid we offer 50 x 50 x 74 x .003ml. For a 4' x 8' x 4' tall skid we offer 150 x 74 x .003ml. These items are in stock and ready for next day shipment.
Gusseted, Seal on Side, and M-Fold Pallet Covers
Gusseted
A gusseted pallet cover is typically used for 48"x48" pallets and many other similar sizes. Gusseted covers are very popular as they are form fitted to the product providing a nice clean look.
Seal on Side
Larger palletized loads often required a seal on side pallet cover. Unlike the gusseted covers, this particular cover has no seals on the top just one on each side (much like a huge sandwich baggie). Most manufacturers are unable to make gusseted covers 6' or 8' in length due to machinery restrictions. These larger pallets require a seal on side cover.
M-Fold
An M-Fold cover is needed on large pallets when manufacturing restrictions do not allow a centerfold or common gusset to be used. This cover is termed an M-Fold as it is the look created when the cover is folded in half. A common bread bag can help you to visualize the cover.A fraction of the cost - Three times the uses.
